Ice Bathing at Saunders Rock
We did it. We actually did it. 🥶✨
This morning’s Open Space Gathering was all about getting out of our comfort zones – and into the freezing Atlantic at Saunders Rock. 🌊❄️
The weather? Foggy, misty, COLD. The entry strategies? Chaotic. One jumped in headfirst (without warning), others slipped their way in, and some took the slow, painful approach. But in the end? We all did it together. 💪 Afterwards, we thawed out at Jarryds in Sea Point with coffee, tea, breakfast, and some creative conversations. ☕️🍳 A perfect reminder that sometimes, the most uncomfortable moments turn into the most beautiful experiences. 💙
